    CHARACTERISTICS【简介】

    Hard chromium electrolyte with high cathodic current efficiency and good throwing power for the deposition of micro-cracked deposits with a hardness of approximately 1050 HV 0,1. ANKOR 1126 combines the good properties of conventional sulphuric acid electrolytes, i.e. only slight attack of iron and iron alloys and cathodic current efficiencies which are usually only achieved with catalysts on the basis of complexed fluorides.     The service life of the lead alloy anodes is shorter compared to the service life in chrome plating solutions based on sulphuric acid or mixed and is dependent upon the individual operating conditions. New anodes have to be worked in as described in the Instruction Sheet MB0021 Furthermore platinized titanium anodes are recommended . Care has to be taken that they are completely covered with a lead dioxide film(brown-black layer). Only under this condition is Cr 3+oxidised to Cr6+.The lead dioxide film is obtained using one or more PbSn anodes together with the platinized titanium anodes or by addition of ANKOR Addition Solution PTA (see Technical Data Sheet).与基于六算或混合镀铬溶液的使用寿命相比,铅合金阳极的使用寿命较短,并取决于个人的操作条件。新的阳极必须按照说明书MB0021中的描述进行加工。此外,建议使用镀铂钛阳极。必须当心,它们完全覆盖了一层二氧化铅薄膜(棕黑色层)。只有在此条件下,Cr3+才被氧化为Cr6+。使用一个或多个PbSn阳极和镀铂钛阳极或通过添加ANKOR添加溶液PTA(见技术数据表)获得二氧化铅薄膜。

    The required rectifier voltage depends on various factors, e.g. current density, concentration, temperature, type of electrode and electrode spacing. Average value: 6 - 12V.所需的整流电压取决于各种因素,如电流密度、浓度、温度、电极类型和电极间距。平均值:6 - 12V

    For regeneration the electrolyte is maintained with Reinforcement Salt ANKOR 1126/2 and

    Addition Solution ANKOR 1126/3 being added to the electrolyte ANKOR 1126 in the ratio 10 kg : 1 l.

    EFFECT OF THE ADDITION SOLUTION ANKOR 1126/3添加溶液ANKOR 1126/3的效果

    Too low concentrations result in milky, dull deposition. Excessive concentrations reduce the maximum applicable current density and result in dull and nodular deposition in the highest current density range. 浓度过低会导致乳白色、暗淡的沉积。过量的浓度降低了较大适用电流密度,并导致在较高电流密度范围内的钝状和结节状沉积。

    An excess of Addition Solution ANKOR 1126/3 can only be "removed" by diluting the electrolyte.

    We recommend to add the solution always according to the standard value of 10 kg : 1 l. However the ratio of addition can be influenced by drag-out and recycling. After adding approximately 15 kg/100 IReinforcement Salt ANKOR 1126/2, we recommend to send us an electrolyte sample of 1 litre for analysis and adjustment.过量的添加溶液ANKOR 1126/3只能通过稀释电解质来去除。我们建议始终按照10kg: 1l的标准值添加溶液,但添加比例会受到拖出和回收的影响。在加入大约15公斤/100IReinforcement Salt ANKOR 1126/2后,我们建议寄给我们1升的电解质样品进行分析和调整。

    EFFLUENT TREATMENT 【废水处理】

    The electrolyte contains hexavalent chromium compounds and therefore heavy metals, such as iron and copper as impurities. 电解液含有六价铬化合物,因此重金属,如铁和铜作为杂质。
